1. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO RECEIVE?
Purchases are normally processed within 1 working day, with a shipping period of 7-10 days. Kindly visit our Shipping Policy for more info.

2. WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR RETURNING THE ITEM?
We want to make sure you’re pleased, so do ask questions you have before buying. Before shipping, we also test each bike. If the bicycle does not make you fall in love and has not been used, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Our restocking charge is only 25%, and the purchaser is accountable for shipment. If the bike comes damaged, however, it is free. Feel free to read our Return Policy for more info.

3. CAN I JUST USE HUMAN POWER IF THE BATTERY RUNS OUT?
To continue riding, switch to the pedal model.

4. HOW DO YOU CARE FOR THE BATTERY?
We recommend charging your battery at least once a month to avoid battery undervoltage. It would be excellent if you could recharge the battery after each ride. Keep any metal objects away from your battery charging port.

5. IS IT POSSIBLE TO RIDE AN EBIKE IN THE RAIN?
The majority of e-bikes are water resistant. Rainy weather should not be a problem. Yet, we do not advise riding an e-bike in the rain since it might cause the battery to short out, and riding a bike in severe rain is equally risky. If desired, clean the bike after each trip in damp weather to keep it dry.
