1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

2. CAN I RIDE THIS BIKE IN WINTER? OR WHICH TEMPERATURE CAN IT WORK?
Our E-bike can be used in winter or snow weather. Working temperature range: -20°C-60°C(-4°F-140°F). Reminder: Do not ride more than 7 miles in a single trip at extreme temperatures.

3. IF THE BATTERY RUN OUT, CAN I JUST USE HUMAN POWER?
You can switch to pedal model to contiune riding.

4. HOW TO TAKE CARE THE BATTERY?
Generally speaking, in order to avoid battery undervoltage, we recommend charging it at least once a month. It would be great if you can top the battery up after each ride. Please keep your battery charging port away from any metal objects.

I’ll have to say I wish this came in a hot pink or baby pink. It was a shame it didn’t. The bright orange does attract attention that I don’t like. So thinking of painting it another colour I do like that maybe won’t attract the unwanted attention. So far have done 60km on it. I had tightened all bolts that needed to be done, but after the first time riding it I had to replace the front wheel shaft. Because for some reason the nuts came loose and they had stripped the first set of nuts 🔩 wasn’t to impressed with that. For the price I would have assumed the parts would have come in better quality materials. Over all I’m pretty impressed with the bike. Love the quality of the frame, not a fan of how bloody heavy it is, but I’ll manage. Wish the handle bars could go a little shorter without having to cut them at some point. Maybe I’ll have to raid the seat at some point too I guess. The tires do feel a little cheap and nasty and not sure how much wear I’ll get from them till I have to spend a lot of money to get new ones. Think I might have to change to some road motorcycle tires at some point. I have no intentions of taking it off road and to scared to, just in case of a puncture and have to push it all the way home.

Bike went together easily enough, a couple of minor adjustments required.
