Updated Battery
- For the upgraded version Ep-2 pro, when you buy an extra battery, you can choose a 13ah version battery or a 16ah version battery, they are compatible with each other, but not compatible with the 12.8ah version battery.
- The updated version Ep-2 pro has more cells with a higher power rating compared to the 12.8ah version. Range increased by 20% compared to the 12.8ah version.
- The motor has an updated internal configuration and saves more energy.

This electric bike with a 48V 13Ah lithium battery, the electric mileage can reach 37 miles. Adopting a collapsible middle stem and removable battery, you can charge the battery in the frame or remove it easily. The battery has a theft-prevention design which ensures safety at all times.

Engwe EP-2 Pro increases the convenience of e-bike riders by providing three separate operating modes. The pedal mode allows you to power through poor road conditions and tackle steep hills all on your own. Moreover, through the pedal-assist mode, you can control the amount of electric assistance you get from the system and enjoy a comfy ride. Lastly, if you’re in the mood to just sit back and relax, the throttle mode lets you fly through the wind without having to pedal at all!

1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

2. CAN I RIDE THIS BIKE IN WINTER? OR WHICH TEMPERATURE CAN IT WORK?
Our E-bike can be used in winter or snow weather. Working temperature range: -20°C-60°C(-4°F-140°F). Reminder: Do not ride more than 7 miles in a single trip at extreme temperatures.
3. IF THE BATTERY RUN OUT, CAN I JUST USE HUMAN POWER?
You can switch to pedal model to contiune riding.
4. HOW TO TAKE CARE THE BATTERY?
Generally speaking, in order to avoid battery undervoltage, we recommend charging it at least once a month. It would be great if you can top the battery up after each ride. Please keep your battery charging port away from any metal objects.
